How do personal data come into our possession?
The data comes into the possession of CRM via an online secure contact form or signing an agreement. It can also be requested / delivered via e-mail or telephone.
Who has access to the data, how are they processed and are they used?
Only qualified personnel of CRM group has access to this data. In principle, third parties do not get direct access to this data, unless it is necessary for collaboration with external partners.
CRM has the right to give access rights to certain government institutions (direct or indirect) with the necessary legitimacy. For example, CRM allows police services to access the data for their legal mission to investigate and prosecute crimes. What information is kept?
CRM processes the contact details (name, address, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers and office information) that are required for the development of the software and related services. Data is kept indefinitely, unless we are asked to delete all your data (you have the right to be forgotten), for example when you no longer wish to be a customer of CRM and want to stop the collaboration.
How can incorrect data be corrected?
You have the right to access your personal data, as well as the right to have improvements made to your data if they are incorrect. These can be requested from CRM at any time. In accordance with the law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy, access to the registered personal data can be requested at any time. This data can be improved upon simple request. If desired, you can therefore at any time be asked to be deleted from the processing that we have installed. All you have to do is send an e-mail to our e-mail address with clear mention of name and e-mail address in order to obtain the deletion. When retrieving the data, the identity of the person is always checked, so that data is not simply passed on to anyone.
You must therefore keep CRM informed without delay of any change of name or name, address, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers.
